Technical Details
To create my image, I used a Canon 20D with a Tamron 17-35/2.8-4.0 lens on a
Manfrotto tripod with a Markins ballhead and a RRS nodal slide. I bracketed
my images and did exposure blending to bring out the sky (pseudo-HDR). I
used PTGui to create the equirectangular, and the Flaming Pear Flexify
plugin to create my image, using the hyperdouble projection.
